The Fire

The other day during Ramadan, we were praying Asr and out of the corner of my eye I saw a white spark and flames. I turned my head and saw that the electric tea kettle was on fire. Someone had put it on the stove and I had put a pot of water to boil and mistakenly turned on the wrong burner. The thing is that I saw that I turned the front burner on but with all the rushing didn't realize that I needed to turn the back one on. The fire was about 2 feet high and swatting it with a towel didn't put it out so I threw some water on it. Alhumdullilah it went out but the house smelled like burnt plastic for 2 days.
